NINETY SIX, S.C. – The Presbyterian College women's golf team is set to host the 2nd annual Blue Hose Match Play Tournament from October 20-22 at The Patriot Golf Club (par-72, 6121 yards).

USC Upstate is paired with The Citadel, Samford with UNC Asheville, Longwood with Presbyterian, and Gardner-Webb with Winthrop for the opening round based off their Golfweek rankings. The eight teams will play head-to-head with the winners advancing into the winner's bracket and losers into a consolation bracket.

The event will begin with a practice round on Sunday, October 20. Teams will play two rounds on Monday, beginning at 9:00 am and 2:00 pm, before a final round on Tuesday morning. All rounds will begin with a shotgun start. Awards will follow the final round and begin approximately at 1:00 pm on Tuesday.

Individuals will play the first round as stroke play to decide seeding for the final two rounds of match play.

The event is free and open to the public. Results will be posted on Golfstat at the conclusion of the tournament. Fans can follow along on social media, @BlueHoseSports and @PCWomensGolf, for daily updates.
