PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. – The Presbyterian College women's golf team will compete for the first time in the 2026-27 season, playing in the Golfweek Intercollegiate. The tournament will be played at Caledonia Golf & Fish Club from Sunday to Tuesday, Sept. 6-8.
Sloane Spessard, Maddie Peake, Chloe Scofield, Gabi Carles, and Addy Parker will play for the Blue Hose this week in South Carolina.
This will be the 6th time that PC has competed in the Golfweek Intercollegiate. Presbyterian's highest finish in the event is fifth back in 2018, its first appearance in the tournament.

BLUE HOSE ROSTER
Head coach Columb Knight enters his second full season as the head coach of the women's golf program. A 2024 graduate of PC, Knight achieved numerous milestones as a player, including ranking seventh in PC's Division I era with a career stroke average of 74.93.
This year's team is highlighted by four returners. Senior Maddie Peake, junior Sloane Spessard, and sophomores Addy Parker and Gabi Carles highlight the returners. Joining the Blue Hose this year are freshmen Maddie Fox and Chloe Scofield as well as sophomore transfer Caitlyn Gaines.
2025-26 HIGHLIGHTS
PC recorded three top-five finishes as a team during the 2025-26 season, highlighted by a runner-up result at the Fripp Island Intercollegiate. Sloane Spessard posted the first two top-10 finishes of her collegiate career at the Tot Hill Farm Invitational and at Fripp Island. Maddie Peake delivered a career week at Fripp Island, coming in third place. PC had strong showings at the Rivertowne Intercollegiate and at the Oyster Shuck Match Play, finishing fifth in both events.
