CLINTON, S.C. – Presbyterian College women's golfers Maddie Peake and Taylor Reaves have been named to the WGCA All-American Scholar Team in honors announced Monday (July 13) by the Women's Golf Coaches Association.
This is the third WGCA All-American Scholar honor for Reaves and the second for Peake.
On the course, Peake produced the best golf of her collegiate career with the Blue Hose. As a junior, she competed in all 10 tournaments for PC, finishing second on the team in scoring average. She logged the best finish of her career at the Fripp Island Intercollegiate in November, coming in third place. She helped power Presbyterian to a season-best runner-up finish at Fripp Island as well. Peake posted two more top-20 finishes on the season at the Elon Invitational and at the Rivertowne Intercollegiate, finishing T16 and T18 respectively.
Not just a star on the course, Peake boasts an impressive 3.79 GPA as a Business Administration major.
Taylor Reaves delivered the best season of her collegiate career in 2025-26, recording two top-15 finishes. She shot a career-low -1 par 71 in the final round of the Rivertowne Intercollegiate on Feb. 17, posting a season-best 11th place finish. She also turned in a strong performance in Fripp Island in the fall, placing T12.
In the classroom, Reaves has excelled in all four years of her time at Presbyterian College. A Business Administration major, Reaves owns an outstanding 3.94 GPA. She also earned a spot on the Big South All-Academic Team for the third consecutive year.
