Kiawah Island, S.C. – The Presbyterian College women's golf team ended round two of the Kiawah Island Spring Classic tied for 31st with a team score of 621 (309, 312). Maiken Bing Paulsen moved up to a 70th place tie with a round of 74 (+2) at the Osprey Point Golf Club (5,964 yards) on Tuesday.
The senior leads the team with a total score of 151 (77, 74) and recorded a team-high 13 pars and two birdies on the day.
Julie Hillestad is two strokes back at 153 (76, 77) while Serina Combs shot 158 (79, 79), Ann Elizabeth Gore shot 159 (77, 82) and Caroline Martin shot 169 (80, 89) to round out the team.
North Florida jumped into first place at 577 (293, 284) in the field of 49 teams. South Florida's R. Meenakshisundaram and Amy Wooten are tied for first place at 139 (-5).
