Hilton Head, S.C. – Maiken Bing Paulsen finished the first day of the Low Country Intercollegiate tied for 10th. The senior carded a team-best three birdies and 10 pars during her round of 75. The 36-hole tournament is being hosted by Wofford and played at the par-72 Moss Creek Golf Club on their 5,836-yard course.
The Blue Hose ended the day tied for 12th out of 16 teams with a combined score of 322. Ann Elizabeth Gore (+8), Serina Combs (+10), Taylor Gardner (+13) and Julie Hillestad (+15) rounded out the team. Caroline Martin shot (+22) playing as an individual.
Bethune-Cookman (298) holds a five-stroke lead for first place boasts the individual leader, Yudika Rodriguez's (-2).
