SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Presbyterian College women's golf team closed out the fall tournament slate on Tuesday posting a 327 to finish in 15th place at the Terrier Intercollegiate. The Blue Hose were led in the final round by Sarah Boteler who recorded a 79 on Tuesday.
USC Upstate won the team title on Tuesday with a total score of +44 (908) for the tournament. Upstate's Praew Nontarux secured the individual title with a 217 (+1) for the tournament.
Notables
- Boteler led the Blue Hose on Tuesday as she tallied a pair of birdies on her opening nine en route to a 79. The Blue Hose sophomore also added nine pars to her scorecard. She finished the event tied for 40th with a total score of 235.
- Freshman Taylor Reaves closed out the fall with an 80 on Tuesday as she totaled a birdie on the par-4 fifth hole along with nine pars. She finished the event in a tie for 73rd with a score of 250.
- Mariana Polakova finished the event with an 83 that saw the PC freshman record three birdies along with five pars. Polakova finished the tournament in a tie for 29th with a score 233.
- Sofia Carles posted a final round 85 as she totaled six pars on her scorecard. Carles finished 83rd with a cumulative score of 262.
- Lextyn Petz closed out her fall season with a birdie on the par-5 18th hole that led her to a final round of 87. Petz added six pars as she finished in a tie for 80th with a score of 258.
- Boteler finished tied for the tournament lead with 11 birdies throughout the 54-hole event.

Tuesday's action closed out the fall for the Blue Hose with the team now turning their attention to the spring slate. The spring schedule will be released at a later date for PC.
