COACH POLLOCK'S THOUGHTS
"There's no such thing as a bad win. We started off a bit slow, but I'm really proud of my guys. Super proud of Daniel Eagen and the start that he had, pitching with a lot of momentum. Our guys started executing when we needed to do that, answering in the bottom of the fifth. I thought Jackson Hugus did an outstanding job behind the plate as well blocking a lot of breaking ball and also having three hits. Im excited about what's ahead of us."

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After four scoreless innings St. Peter's struck first in the fifth with an RBI double to go up 1-0.
- PC answered in the bottom of the fifth inning when Trey Fenderson hit an RBI triple to center field to even the score at one apiece.
- Later in the inning, Jackson Hugus singled to left field, sending Fenderson in to score and give the Blue Hose their first lead of the day.
- Brody Fahr hit a single to right field before Joel Dragoo knocked one over the left field wall for a two-run homer.
- With runners on second and third in the seventh inning, Joel Dragoo singled up the middle to send both runners home and give PC a 6-1 lead.
- Not long after, Ryan Ouzts singled to left center field, sending Dragoo home.
- With Presbyterian still fighting offensively in the seventh inning, Jay Wetherington bunted a single, sending another runner home.
- Ouzts was able to score after stealing third base, followed by a Peacock error.
- Fenderson hit a sacrifice fly to right field to bring home Wetherington and give PC a 10-1 lead.
- St. Peter's was able to score one more run in the eighth, but it wasn't enough to stop the Blue Hose from securing a 10-2 victory.
