CLINTON, S.C. – Five members of the Presbyterian College baseball team earned a spot on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team in honors announced on Tuesday (June 2).
Eli Bowery, Robbie Boykin, Amman Dewberry, JJ Harrell, and Mason McDaniel met the criteria to be honored as among the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
To be considered for CSC Academic All-District honors, student-athletes must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and be at least a sophomore academically and athletically.
Student-athletes must have competed in 90 percent of the institution's games played or started in at least 66 percent of the institution's games. For pitchers, a student-athlete must have made at least 17 appearances or pitched 35 innings.
This is the second academic honor for Boykin, Dewberry, and McDaniel. The trio were also named to the All-District Team in 2025. This is the first academic honor for Bowery and Harrell.

Business Administration Major
Bowery had a career year in his senior campaign with the Blue Hose, making 20 appearances on the mound. He tossed 19.2 innings, striking out 14. He gave up just one run in his first 11 appearances of the year and made two starts on the mound, the first two of his collegiate career. His 20 appearances ranked fifth on the team.
Robbie Boykin | Sr. | Right Handed Pitcher | Richmond, Va.
Business Administration Major
Boykin produced consistently out of the bullpen in his senior season with Presbyterian, recording a career-high 32 strikeouts. He led the team with 23 appearances in relief, finishing with a 3-2 win-loss record in 38.2 innings pitched. He ranked fourth on the team in innings pitched and strikeouts. He also logged his second career save at Longwood on April 17. Boykin finishes his PC career tied for eighth in the D1 era with 66 career pitching appearances.
Amman Dewberry | R-Jr. | Outfielder | Conyers, Ga.
Business Administration Major
Dewberry delivered as one of the most powerful bats in the PC lineup, leading the Blue Hose this season in home runs (11) and RBIs (36). His 11 long balls ranked tied for fifth in the Big South. This year, he ranked second on the team in total bases (93) and third in runs scored (32), slugging percentage (.467), and walks (20). He concludes his PC career with 22 homers, good for tenth in program history and tied for fourth in the DI era. Dewberry was also named to the Big South All-Academic Team.
JJ Harrell | So. | Left Handed Pitcher | Concord, N.C.
Business Administration Major
Harrell served as one of the best arms in the PC bullpen in 2026 in his sophomore season, making 21 appearances on the year (including one start). He pitched a career-high 35.1 innings, earning his first collegiate save at Samford on March 27. His 21 appearances ranked fourth on the team.
Mason McDaniel | Sr. | Left Handed Pitcher | Sanford, Fla.
Business Administration Major
McDaniel closed out his PC career as one of the most relied upon pitchers out of the bullpen. He made a career-high 22 appearances in relief this year, tossing 26.1 innings while recording 12 strikeouts. His 22 outings this year ranked second on the team (tied with Jeremiah Hampton). He finishes his collegiate career with 62 pitching appearances at Presbyterian, making nine starts.
