CLINTON, S.C. – Presbyterian College baseball head coach Elton Pollock has announced the 2026 schedule on Wednesday (Dec. 10), as he heads into his 22nd season as the leader of PC baseball. The Blue Hose campaign will feature 24 games at Elton Pollock Field at the PC Baseball Complex, highlighted by four series against Big South opponents UNC Asheville (March 13-15), Winthrop (April 10-12), Radford (April 24-26), and USC Upstate (May 8-10).
Presbyterian will take on three SEC opponents on the road during the season: Georgia (April 7), South Carolina (April 21), and Tennessee (May 5). The Blue Hose will also travel to face ACC foe Clemson on Feb. 24.
PC will open the season at home in Clinton with a four-game set against Akron (Feb. 13-15). The Blue Hose will play a doubleheader against the Zips on Saturday, Feb. 14.
"Our 2026 schedule promises to be as challenging as ever," said head coach Elton Pollock." It includes several SEC and ACC midweek opponents, as well as a tough conference schedule. We will introduce lots of new faces in various roles, but also lean on the championship experience of our veterans. We are excited about the year ahead."

FEBRUARY
Presbyterian opens the season with six of its first seven games in Clinton. Following a four-game series at home to start the season against Akron, Coach Pollock's squad will hit the road for the first time to face Elon in a midweek clash on Feb. 17.
The Blue Hose return home right after to take on NJIT, Northern Illinois, and Valparaiso from Feb. 20-22.
Coach Pollock and co. will finish the month on the road facing Clemson before traveling down to Jacksonville to play North Florida in a three-game series from Feb. 27-March 1.
MARCH
The PC campaign continues with a midweek road trip to the College of Charleston before playing Appalachian State in three different cities over three days.
The Blue Hose open the series with the Mountaineers at home on March 6 before spending the rest of the weekend in North Carolina. PC will face the Mountaineers in Hickory on March 7 and will close out the weekend on the road in Boone against Appalachian State on March 8.
Coach Pollock's team will head down to Florida for the second time of the season just two days later to take on Florida Atlantic on March 10 and 11th. Then, the Blue Hose will begin conference play at home against UNC Asheville.
PC continues its homestand on March 17 against Wofford before starting a 12-game road trip, beginning with three games against High Point March 20-22.
After a game against The Citadel in Charleston on the 25th, PC will take on Samford in a three game series on the road March 27-29. To finish out the month, Presbyterian travels to face Western Carolina for a midweek game on March 31.
APRIL
The road trip for PC continues into April with a three-game set against Charleston Southern April 2-4. The Blue Hose will then take on Georgia for the team's 12th straight road game before finally returning back home.
For the first time since March 17, Presbyterian returns home to take on Big South opponent Winthrop (April 10-12). Right after, the Blue Hose will play their second game of the season against Wofford, completing the home-and-home in Spartanburg on April 14. PC faces Longwood in a road set April 17-19 before facing South Carolina in Columbia.
Finally, the Blue Hose take on Radford to complete the month April 24-26 in Clinton.
MAY
PC has six home games in the final month of the season. The Blue Hose will play two out of three games against The Citadel in Clinton May 1-3 with a road trip to Charleston mixed in between.
After a game at Tennessee, Coach Pollock's squad faces USC Upstate at home May 8-10 before taking on Western Carolina two days later in the final home game of the season on May 12.
The regular season concludes with one more road trip, this time to Gardner-Webb from May 14-16.
POSTSEASON
The 2026 Big South Conference Tournament will be held at Asheville's renovated historic McCormick Field in Asheville, North Carolina, from May 20-23. The six-team double elimination event will determine the Big South's automatic bid to the NCAA Championship.
