GREENVILLE, S.C. - The Presbyterian College baseball team will battle the Wofford Terriers on Thursday night at Fluor Field as part of the College Baseball Series, presented by BB&T. The first pitch is slated for 6 p.m.
The Blue Hose take on the Terriers after wrapping a two-game series on Wednesday night at NC Central. Wofford hosts Gardner-Webb on Wednesday as well.

PC will likely start freshman lefthander Beau Dees (Blenheim, S.C.) on Thursday. Dees impressed in his first and only start this season, allowing only two runs on four hits in seven and a third innings against No. 3 South Carolina. Brandon Yarusi will likely start for Wofford, entering with a 1-0 record and a 4.86 earned run average in three starts.
Heading into Wednesday's games, Tony Micklon (Sumter, S.C.) leads the Blue Hose with a .333 batting average (16-for-48) and a pair of freshman rank second and third, with Billy Motroni (Goose Creek, S.C.) posting a .324 average (12-for-37) and Jay Lizanich (Greer, S.C.) turning in a .298 (14-for-47) average. Kenny Bryant (Goose Creek, S.C.) also has .298 average, going 14-for-47 at the plate.
Wofford has compiled a 6-5 record through Tuesday and Stephen Cantrell leads the Terriers with a .455 average (15-for-33). The Blue Hose earned their first win of the season on February 29 with an 8-5 victory at home against Wofford. PC rallied from an early 5-0 deficit, led by Micklon's three RBI.
PC will aim to pick up its second straight win at Fluor Field after knocking off No. 16 Clemson on March 16, 2011, 4-3.
