CLINTON, S.C. – Freshman Mathilde Delaney of the Presbyterian College Blue Hose women's tennis team has been selected as this week's Adidas / Game One PC Student-Athlete of the Week. Last week, Delaney helped the Blue Hose win both of their matches against Quinnipiac and Longwood.
 
Delaney competed at the No. 3 slot in both of her singles matches last week. Against Quinnipiac she beat Caroline Schulson 6-3, 6-1 before securing another victory over Longwood's Phoebe Mitchell with a score of 6-1, 6-3.
 
In doubles, Delaney paired up with McKenzie Davis at the No. 1 spot to beat Longwood's Phoebe Mitchell and Karina Rizvanova with a score of 6-0.



The Presbyterian College athletic department partnered with Game One on a multi-year apparel agreement last November as an official team dealer for Adidas. The partnership extended the university's alliance with Adidas which began in 2015 to outfit the Blue Hose athletic programs.

Game One is among the largest and fastest-growing sports equipment and apparel suppliers in the country, serving a loyal customer base of 13,000 schools and organizations in 38 states.
