CLINTON, S.C. – Redshirt junior outfielder Amman Dewberry of the Presbyterian College Blue Hose baseball team has been selected as this week's Adidas / Game One PC Student-Athlete of the Week.
Dewberry was on fire offensively in Presbyterian's four games, going 7-for-15 with two home runs, four RBIs, and three runs scored. He had three straight multi-hit games at Longwood this weekend.
He opened the week with a solo home run at Wofford on Tuesday evening. He followed that by going 2-for-3 with a walk on Friday night, helping PC secure the first game of the series at Longwood 3-2.
He posted two more hits on Saturday, finishing 2-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored. He wrapped up the weekend with his third consecutive two-hit performance on Sunday, going 2-for-4 with a homer and two RBIs.
On the season, he has 12 multi-hit games (second on the team) and leads PC in homers with seven. He also leads the Blue Hose in RBIs on the year with 31.
Game One
In November 2022, the Presbyterian College athletic department partnered with Game One on a multi-year apparel agreement as an official team dealer for Adidas. The partnership extended the university's alliance with Adidas, which began in 2015 to outfit the Blue Hose athletic programs.
